Sid dryer:
It is a self-developed airflow drying device. The shape is a vertical cylinder, and the vertical shaft with the disperser at the bottom is connected with the motor to produce a rotary motion. The middle and lower parts of one side are fed, one disperser is arranged under the feeder, and the lower part of the other side is heated with hot air. The material is discharged to the trap for gas-solid separation and then mechanically transported to the storage bin.
The basic principle is:
The material and hot gas are rapidly mixed by the bottom dispersed vanes of Sterling into a high solid-gas ratio to suspend and disperse, and generate a rotary motion in the axial direction to rapidly exchange heat between the material and the heat carrier to achieve the purpose of dehydration of the phosphogypsum.

Continuous operation, fast heat exchange, no aggregate phenomenon, the phosphogypsum particles are fully suspended and only take a few seconds from feeding to discharging.
The Sid dryer is a large-volume dryer newly developed by our company based on the high water content of phosphogypsum. It has two functions of dispersing, grading and drying, and it is a combined rapid airflow calcining equipment.
